An architecture studio designing homes, studios, and cultural spaces across Europe and beyond.
Our Approach
We design buildings that are quiet, generous, and built to last. Every project begins with listening — to the site, to the client, to the way light moves through a room. What follows is architecture that doesn't shout, but rewards attention.
Haven is a team of eight architects, designers, and makers based between Copenhagen and Lisbon. We work on a limited number of projects each year so that every building receives the attention it deserves.
Our work spans private homes, artist studios, and small cultural buildings — always guided by the same questions: How will this be lived in? How will it age? What does the site already know?
Listen before drawing.
Use materials that weather well.
Build less, but build better.
Full-service design from concept through construction — residential, cultural, and adaptive reuse projects.
Complete interior design for homes, studios, and hospitality spaces — from layout to bespoke joinery.
Early-stage design guidance for clients, developers, and fellow architects — from site review to material strategy.
We take on a small number of projects each year. If you're planning something — a home, a studio, a space worth making — we'd love to hear about it.
